MIM has taken upon itself to ensure that its customers' needs are met more effectively. The Customer Service Unit has been set up as a first step to accomplish this purpose. Our friendly Customer Service
personnel are trained to assist visitors to the Institute in every way possible in an
effort to make their visit a pleasant one. The
Customer Service Unit will, as much as possible, act as a one-stop shop for our guests and
customers. |
| Visitors can relax in the
comfort of our Meeting Rooms while waiting to be attended to. Alternatively, they could
choose to be attended to in the privacy of the Counseling Room. These rooms are all
situated on the ground floor for your convenience. The relevant members of our staff
will be notified to meet you there. |

Study Area
As a professional institute dedicated to providing quality management education, training and development, MIM is well equipped with the necessary facilities necessary to ensure a conducive study environment.
The concourse boasts a newly refurbished study area, which is open from 8:00am to 9:00pm on Mondays to Fridays, and from 8:00am to 6:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays. It is closed on public holidays. |
The second floor plays host to the Renong Auditorium. With a sitting capacity of 200, the auditorium is well suited for major events.It is frequently used for graduation ceremonies
of our diploma programmes. It is also available
for rental at reasonable rates.
